Q: How long does it take to get Ticket Goat setup?

Once you submit the setup form, we will get started right away on creating your account and a Customer Success Manager will be in contact with you to walk you through setting up your 1st event. This process is usually quick but could take up to 3 business days to complete.

Q: Can I reserve special seating?

Yes, with Ticket Goat you have access to a seating chart option that will allow you to set up a seating layout to match your event seating, including customizable seating types.
